We're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join our mission of building the next generation content recommendation and syndication platform for online publishers. Our purpose is to ensure that millions of people are given more engaging and exciting editorial choices when visiting our partner’s platforms, helping them to drive theirs and their users’ success.

We want a candidate who’s quick on their feet, has a natural understanding of digital technologies and executes with excellence. You can iterate and perfect sales development and optimise funnel growth with significant results. The right candidate will be able to understand and clearly communicate how Bibblio can be applied to each customer use case and adapt to various client questions or concerns. We're looking for resilient learners and builders who put the company and team first and want to deeply understand the ins and outs of selling to a tech audience. Operations, legal, design, and implementation will be at hand to support you.

Your role will be to own your own Bibblio pipeline up until the prospect understands the commercial arrangement and is ‘ready for implementation’. You will be assisted by a remote lead generation function as well as inbound marketing support. A key responsibility of this role will be to grow the overall Bibblio pipeline and deliver new paying sites on a continuous basis.

If you’re used to operating in a big established sales team, dispensing a big media budget and feel more comfortable taking an established product to a mature market, this is most likely not the ideal role for you.

Your responsibilities

  • Build a large pipeline of relevant prospects with assistance from the marketing/prospecting team.
  • Managing and advancing sales prospects using Hubspot, Email, Phone and various software tools.
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects and customers.
  • Build a world class process for quickly converting mid-tier prospects to live and paying clients.
  • Ownership of monthly quota of prospects that are ‘ready for implementation’ and into live/paying.
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team, feedback to the team on client requirements/success.

The ideal candidate

  • 2-4 years’ experience in sales and account teams selling B2B SaaS.
  • You have ideally converted countless of SaaS/API customers in a similar setting before.
  • Proven record in consistently hitting and over-delivering on sales targets.
  • You use digital technology natively and are not scared to discuss technical aspects with clients.
  • Knowledge or interest in the future of media/digital publishing
  • You have a potent mix of intellectual curiosity, team spirit and drive.
  • Sincere customer empathy and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
  • Ability to uncover prospective customers’ motivations, fears and decision making criteria and apply this information to drive more effective growth.

We offer

Competitive base salary with attractive performance bonus and optional share scheme.

This is a real opportunity for you to develop your career as Bibblio is growing and developing quickly.
