Have a question? Perhaps it's here

I'm interested but don't want to commit just yet. Can I test it first?

Absolutely. You can try out the platform by making up to 25,000 recommendation calls per month on the Self-serve package or carry out a measured trial with the Bibblio Enterprise team.

For Self-serve plans, is there a sign-up cost on top of my monthly fee?

No, there are no hidden costs to sign up.

Which payment methods does Bibblio support?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Why must I verify my email?

Data security is important to us. We want to be sure your services are being used legitimately, for our peace of mind and yours.

Which content formats can Bibblio enrich with metadata?

Currently Bibblio can only enrich text, but we’re working on accommodating speech and video in the near future. Get in touch if you would like to be involved in a preliminary speech or video project with us.

Which languages does Bibblio support?

We can produce recommendations for all languages using the Latin alphabet, and we can generate in-depth semantic analysis for Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

Are there any wrappers or plugins for Bibblio?

Our documentation generates basic scaffold code for each endpoint in a wide variety of languages. You can find it by switching to the console mode on an endpoint, calling the resource, clicking Code Example, then selecting your language.

If you’re on WordPress, you can get up and running immediately using our Wordpress plugin.
